Most access problems are not technical problems. They are usually a missed email, the wrong page, or a delay between payment and first login.

If your payment went through, your delivery page is the fastest route back into the product.

Search for your order email, access email, or receipt. Check Promotions and Spam if you use Gmail.

If you are logging in or asking for help, use the same email address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.

What to do if something looks wrong

Keep this simple. Find the problem below, take the next step, and only contact support when you need a real person to step in.

I paid but did not get the email
Check spam, promotions, and trash first. Then open your delivery page directly. If both fail, contact support with your purchase email.

I reached the wrong page after checkout
Go straight to the AI Freelancer Roadmap delivery page and start there. That page is the correct buyer hub after purchase.

I cannot remember where the product is
