A fair policy that protects genuine buyers

This refund page follows the Ready to Pitch Guarantee and sets clear evidence rules for digital delivery.

1 · Overview

The AI Freelancer Roadmap is a digital product. Because access is provided digitally, refunds are only available under the conditions set out on this page.

This policy protects genuine buyers while also protecting WDL SERVICES LTD from misuse, copying, chargeback abuse, and refund abuse.

2 · The Guarantee

Ready to Pitch Guarantee

If you complete the roadmap and still do not finish with a clear service, at least 3 usable portfolio samples, and a written client pitch ready to send, you may request a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

3 · When You Qualify

You qualify for a refund only if you have made a genuine attempt to complete the product and can show that the promised practical outcome was not achieved.

To qualify, you must complete the core roadmap materials, do the exercises, request the refund within 14 days of purchase unless a different period is stated on the sales page, and provide the evidence listed below.

4 · Evidence We May Request

We may ask for completed exercises, worksheets, screenshots, portfolio samples, your draft pitch, and the email address used to buy.

We ask for this evidence to confirm that the guarantee has been used fairly.

5 · When a Refund Will Not Be Given

A refund will not be given where you changed your mind after receiving digital access, did not complete the roadmap, do not provide reasonable evidence, copied or shared the materials, or used chargebacks abusively.

6 · Digital Content and Consumer Rights

This product is supplied in digital form. Where digital access or download begins immediately after purchase, your cancellation right may end at that point where this is permitted under applicable law and where you agreed to immediate supply at checkout.

Nothing on this page removes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable Cyprus or European Union law.

7 · How to Request a Refund

Use the contact page and select the refund option, or send your refund request to the support contact shown on the site.

Include your purchase email address, order details, and the evidence listed in this policy.

8 · Review Times

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days of receiving all required information.

If we need more information, we will contact you using the email address linked to your order or the email address you provide in your request.

9 · How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

10 · Access After Refund

If a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends immediately.

We may remove or disable access to the roadmap, downloads, bonuses, and related materials. You must stop using the materials and must not keep, share, publish, or reuse them after a refund has been issued.

11 · Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Where a chargeback is raised after access was granted and without prior contact, we reserve the right to challenge the dispute using order records, access logs, and correspondence.

12 · Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will apply unless a later version is required by law.
